Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?

The Consignee (Recipient) of the package(s) is responsible for any duties and import taxes due upon delivery. Duties and taxes are estimated when you place your order. You may have the option to pay duties when placing your order. If this option is available, it will be clearly marked when selecting your shipping option. If customs duties are not paid at the time of ordering they will be payable to Customs when you receive your order.

It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents, including notices and other communications, be drawn up in the English language only.
